Welcome to my professional hub. I’m Dr. Roz McCarthy an entrepreneur, healthcare executive, technology innovator, strategist, and social impact leader with more than 30 years of experience building organizations, developing partnerships, and creating community-centered solutions. My work reaches across healthcare, artificial intelligence, human trust, cannabis, public policy, health equity, entrepreneurship, and personal development. As the Founder and CEO of Minorities for Medical Marijuana, Black Buddha Cannabis™, and MeetKith™, I am building platforms that expand opportunity, strengthen decision-making, and prepare people and communities for a rapidly changing world. Through Pharmasickle, Salvation and Social Justice, my board leadership, and Daily Win Society™, I am also advancing patient advocacy, community empowerment, and the belief that small, intentional victories can create meaningful and lasting change. Although these initiatives touch different industries, they share one purpose: helping people feel informed, empowered, represented, and prepared to shape what comes next.

Receiving an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities from United Graduate College and Seminary International in 2024 was one of the most meaningful moments of my professional journey. More than a personal achievement, it represents decades of unwavering commitment to healthcare, entrepreneurship, advocacy, education, and creating opportunities for others.

Every challenge, setback, and breakthrough helped shape the path that led to this recognition. It serves as a reminder that purpose-driven work, resilience, and consistency leave a lasting impact not only on the communities we serve but on the future we help build.
While I am deeply honored by this recognition, I view it as motivation rather than a destination. It strengthens my commitment to advancing health equity, fostering innovation, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and building organizations that create meaningful change.
